Fees
What Are Your Rates?
Our fees are below. Please note that our rates are subject to modification at any time. Please note that an attorney-client relationship does not exist with our office until we’ve received payment and an executed retainer signed by the client and our office.

Do you work on contingency? No.
We do not work on contingency. Except for lemon law cases, clients are expected to pay prior to the commencement of services.
Litigation or Hourly Work
Our current litigation rates: $425/hour for the attorney, $85/hour for the paralegal. We do not take cases on contingency. Hourly cases require an initial “retainer” or deposit towards the fees and costs. The time and costs spent on your matter will be billed and deducted from the retainer. The initial retainer depends on the scope and nature of the work. Once the retainer is exhausted, you will be required to replenish the retainer funds.
Lemon Law Cases | fee
Our office works on lemon law cases at an hourly rate. However, the client is not required to pay the fees upfront since our office collects the fees and costs from the dealer or manufacturer.
