Amanda holds a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles (CA) and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College. Her extensive education has equipped her with a strong foundation of knowledge in law. While attending law school, Amanda externed at the Los Angeles Law Library, where she created a comprehensive research guide on the process of criminal record expungement. During her initial year as a practicing attorney, Amanda was selected as one of the twelve attorneys chosen throughout California to join the Los Angeles Incubator Consortium Program, a partnership created among various Los Angeles law schools to support and assist law school graduates in starting their own solo, small firm, or non-profit practices.
Amanda has a proven track record. She has experience litigating numerous multi-million dollar cases for small businesses and property owners across California. Since 2014, Ms. Rokita has assisted businesses seeking cannabis licensing applications, including one of the first applications for a medical marijuana cultivation facility license in Desert Hot Springs, CA, the first city in Southern California to legalize large-scale medical marijuana cultivation.
Personal Life
In her spare time, she indulges her love of animals as a proud parent to two rescue dogs, Pedro and Lulu. When she’s not in the office or with her dogs, you can find Amanda soaking up the sun at the beach or on her travels.

She is a founding board member of Lawyers ACT (Lawyers and Communities Together), a non-profit organization.
